"Like many others, it all began with a simple project: renting out the family apartment during the summer and making use of a property that had previously only served to host family and friends.

But after putting my apartment on Airbnb and filling up my calendar, I quickly realized how much work property management truly involved.

So, I looked for someone to help me. Yet at the time (2013), the options available were limited. I could hand my keys to my neighbor, entrust them to a real estate agency that would take a very high percentage of my rental income, or work with a luxury concierge service that would charge me a premium for their services.

That’s when I met the people who would become my first clients—a couple of neighbors who owned an apartment and were facing the exact same issue as I was.

I then thought that instead of looking for a solution, I would become the solution, and I started managing those two apartments as a self-employed entrepreneur.

Three years later, with seven apartments under management, I opened The Conciergerie with a simple concept:

‘Making the luxury of private concierge services affordable by offering simpler and more affordable services.’

Today, together with my team, we manage more than 100 apartments and houses, work with over 20 service providers across various trades, and we are ready for the upcoming seasons."
