You have just booked an apartment or a house in Fréjus- St Raphaël, and have been notified by the landlord that we’ll be in charge of your check-in.
So please find here the procedure for your key pick-up and stay.
Check-in
On the eve of scheduled arrival (or Saturday prior to a Monday arrival), you’ll be texted with all the required information, i.e our address (719 avenue de Provence 83600 Fréjus), and the Agency’s Office Hours.
Keys are to be pickd-up directly from our Office / Agency.
Check-out
On the eve of planned departure (or Saturday prior to a Monday departure), all the relevant information will be texted to you, ie our address : 719 Avenue de Provence, Fréjus, and the Agency’s Office hours.
Keys are to be dropped off at our Agency.
During your stay
We’re in charge of securing your peace of mind and well-being throughout your stay, so we’re your contact in case of troubleshooting, and we’ll process all of your accomodation management. For any glitch, all you’ll need is to call us and we’ll set out to fix it. We pledge to respond and send out our Team asap.
Luggage storage
We offer a luggage storage service where your luggage is secured and kept in our storage.
This service can be ordered on site and is charged €5 per day per bag.
This service is not available on Sundays and Wednesdays
